FIDDLERS 3 - cancelled due to illness!

2007 winners of Ontario’s Best Performer/Entertainer (Variety) Fiddlers 3 bring to the stage their own eclectic blend of Celtic-Folk music.

THE UGLY DUCKLING

This year Mirador Productions are presenting two fantastic family shows.

The first is the classic tale from Hans Christian Andersen “The Ugly Duckling” with music and song, featuring the return of regular cast members Katherine Devlin and Geoff Kolomayz and two newcomers. Also, the show will be directed by the Artistic Director, Stevie Jay.

This will run in Port Carling from July 27th until August 2nd, with a return date on August 10th.

THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE

The Second Show is another wonderful play, based on C. S. Lewis’ novel, The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe.
This play will be featuring Marla Brennan, who played Stuart Little last year, and Stevie Jay, playing multiple roles in this exciting tale. The play will be directed by Adam Lazarus, who is well known across Canada (and internationally), for his work in clown, bouffon, and traditional theatre.

This will run from August 3rd to August 10th with a special performance in Bracebridge August 9th.

SYLVIA TYSON

Truly A Canadian Legend Sylvia received Canada’s highest civilian award, the Order of Canada in 1995.

She is one of the founders, past president, and song honoree of the Canadian Songwriters' Hall of Fame.

She was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 1992, and the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame in 2003.

Sylvia has completed her first book, a work of fiction.

One of Canada’s most exciting cultural projects – a high energy Caribbean Jazz ensemble that brings together four Cubans, two Canadian’s and a Trinidadian who have truly honed their chops.
